Distributors will be the main contact for support to their Merchants. If applicable, a Technical Integrator may be the main contact in providing support. Merchant shall contact the appropriate party (Distributor, Technical Integrator or Service Operator) corresponding to their inquiry. Paze® Merchant Support Team will assist with any escalations from Distributors, Technical Integrators or where Merchant connects directly to Paze Service.
